All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds are accepted on software purchases. Once a license key has been generated or a software download has been made available, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.

Why No Refunds?

Syntrisoft products are digital software tools and applications. Once a purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to license keys and/or downloadable files. Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we are unable to offer refunds after delivery.

Before You Purchase

We encourage all customers to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, features, and system requirements before purchasing
  • Reach out to us via the contact page if you have any questions about a product before buying
  • Ensure the software meets your needs and is compatible with your intended use case

Defective Products

If you experience a technical issue with your purchased software that prevents it from functioning as described, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but this does not guarantee a refund.
