By purchasing or using any Syntrisoft product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase our products. Syntrisoft products are not intended for minors. By creating an account and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
2. Zero Tolerance for Misuse
We are not responsible for any misuse of our software products. Syntrisoft holds a zero-tolerance policy for the misuse, abuse, or illegal use of any software purchased through our platform. All products are provided strictly for lawful and legitimate use. Any misuse is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Limitation of Liability
Syntrisoft is responsible for nothing after your purchase. Once a product has been delivered (via license key, downloadable file, or both), Syntrisoft bears no liability for how the product is used, any damages that may arise from its use, or any consequences resulting from the buyer’s actions. All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind beyond what is explicitly stated in the product description.
4. License Terms
License keys issued by Syntrisoft are for individual use only unless otherwise specified. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of the license without refund.
5. Software Downloads
Downloadable software products are provided for the purchaser’s use only. Redistribution, reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software without express written permission from Syntrisoft is prohibited.
6. Refund Policy

7. Account Termination
Syntrisoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected misuse of our products, or fraudulent activity.
8. Changes to Terms
Syntrisoft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
